About the Role Export Lead will drive clinker and cement export sales at Holcim, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with country and RT safety standards. What You'll Do
- Health & Safety: Adhere to and enforce relevant legislations and policies, ensuring the highest safety standards.
- Functional: Business Development & Customer Management: Acquire new export leads and manage customer accounts; maintain strong relationships; coordinate with production, finance, and other teams; identify customer needs and support product/price development; pursue new opportunities; present and demonstrate products.
