Temporary Labor Relations Specialist to support Mondelēz International's labor relations strategies for Barquisimeto operations. You will provide guidance to managers and site leadership and help advance the labor function.
What You'll Do

Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities

Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations

Direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean Six Sigma and HPWS focus

Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances

Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline
