About the Role Provide equipment availability through technical expertise, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to achieve manufacturing production targets. Work with the production team to maintain equipment performance and support Honda’s goals. What You'll Do
- Confirm equipment operates safely and in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support production to achieve daily targets.
- Complete required preventive and planned maintenance per plan, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maximize equipment quality and availability.
- Support projects to ensure success of new model and business plan strategies.
- Understand equipment functionality to perform efficient repairs and recoveries.
- Utilize troubleshooting tools and resources to facilitate efficient repair and recovery.
