About the Role Sandisk seeks an Equipment Engineer to perform machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and to lead process and equipment improvements in collaboration with Process and NPI teams. The role focuses on improving machine performance, yield, capacity and productivity while ensuring quality and reliable operations. What You'll Do
- Machine troubleshooting and perform preventive maintenance.
- Documents (FMEA/Training material /SOP/WI) generation, update and preventive maintenance.
- Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken.
- Lead KIP projects on machine performance improvement , cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.
- Work with Process and NPI team on machine and product related items.
- Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
- Follow up customer audit and action implementation
