About the Role The Photography Equipment Assistant oversees equipment needs in assigned studios throughout shoots and interacts with clients to deliver high-quality service. This role supports production by ensuring gear is prepared, tested, and available for check-out and check-in. Work Hours: 8AM to 4PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do
- Un-packing and re-packing the studio for the following day’s shoots.
- Accurately and efficiently pulling lighting and grip orders and staging in studio in an organized manner
- Checking and testing all grip and lighting equipment to ensure proper functioning prior to client use
- Working with clients throughout the day during check-out and check-in process of grip and lighting equipment at the studio or on location
- Creating stock checks and short lists to establish and maintain accurate inventory counts
