About the Role
Lead Safety Compliance & Culture at Unilever’s Kilbourn Facility in Chicago, IL. This role partners with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to develop local SHE strategies and improvement plans to reduce injuries, illnesses, PSM incidents, and environmental impact while advancing Unilever’s Be Safe program and USLP goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the SHE Pillar in accordance with Unilever Manufacturing Systems and support deployment of the Be Safe Program at the site.
- Drive current and future manufacturing performance in Safety Compliance and Safety Culture; influence a 160+ worker facility to invest in high safety standards.
- Collect, evaluate, and communicate applicable laws & regulations to ensure regulatory compliance on SSHE; monitor and advise on local/national requirements.
