About the Role The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will identify, implement, and monitor actions to reduce risks to personnel and the environment stemming from plant processes. This role ensures compliance with local and corporate safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, leads training for plant personnel and stakeholders, and oversees incident investigations and corrective actions. The position also coordinates emergency response, audits, and KPI tracking to maintain safe and compliant operations across the site. What You'll Do
- Identify, implement and follow up on actions to reduce risks to personnel and damage to the environment from plant processes.
- Ensure Safety, Hygiene and Environmental training is provided to plant personnel and stakeholders such as Contractors, Suppliers, among others.
