About the Role Procter & Gamble (P&G) is seeking entry-level Warehouse Automation Technicians for our Wilmer, TX distribution and fulfillment site. You will join a team responsible for keeping the operation flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining high product quality through automated processes. You will develop skills in automated distribution operations, including operating equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, computer-based process control, and data records. What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor automated distribution equipment and processes; troubleshoot faults; perform preventive maintenance; control processes from a computer; maintain accurate records
- Support ALPS (Automated Layer Picking System) with fault resolution, conveyor/crane resets, and restacking products after spills when needed
