About the Role P&G is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join our Iowa City Oral Care Plant. This role offers hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and leveraging digital solutions to improve efficiency from day one.
What You'll Do
- Process Optimization & Loss Elimination: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
