About the Role Join Valvoline Instant Oil Change as an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll perform basic maintenance tasks and learn automotive service through hands-on training, contributing to fast, quality vehicle care. What You'll Do
- Change oil and replace oil filters.
- Rotate tires and assist with basic vehicle inspections.
- Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and report findings.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Learn and apply new skills through on-the-job training. What We're Looking For
- No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks safely.
- Willingness to work weekends and be able to read/write/speak English. Compensation & Benefits
