- Coordinate shows and performances for events at COTA
- Support rehearsals and execute run-of-show logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and onsite operations What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in entertainment production or live event coordination
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Nice to Have
