A proactive and analytical Enterprise Risk Officer with 3–5 years of experience to support and strengthen enterprise-wide risk management within a dynamic financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise-wide risks across all business units.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Establish risk policies, procedures, and risk appetite guidelines aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support business units in identifying and managing risk exposures.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.
Requirements
