In the Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Business Analyst role you will help protect business activities, ensure alignment between user requirements and technology, and drive improvements across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain. What You'll Do
- Handle incoming incidents and support Roche Affiliates and regional/global IT departments
- Perform 2nd level evaluation of user requests following ITIL methodology and prioritize for IT
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Analyze, redesign and implement business and systems processes and procedures to standards
