About the Role The Engineering Technician (f/m/d) will be part of the R&D team in Bad Kreuznach, supporting life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology projects. The role focuses on planning and setting up complex experiments, maintaining equipment, and defining test requirements to turn ideas into impact. What You'll Do
- Plan and set up difficult and extensive experiments and test series
- Perform, monitor and evaluate difficult and extensive experiments
- Maintain, calibrate test equipment and define test requirements What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as Lab Scientist with additional specialization (Technician) or degree in a scientific field (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
- Many years of experience performing difficult laboratory experiments
- Experience with care and maintenance of systems and technologies
- Extensive knowledge of testing methods and techniques
