About the Role This role supports engineering projects and operations readiness for a new facility. Working under the straight-line manager, you will contribute to project delivery (FAT, SAT, IOPQ) and participate in early production process development and optimization, as well as readiness activities. You will also receive training in production equipment operation, sterile filling, lamp inspection, and CCS implementation, earning related qualifications as you grow in the role. What You'll Do
- Under the direct manager's guidance, participate in the design and construction of the new facility, contributing to project delivery through FAT, SAT, and IOPQ activities.
- Be involved in preliminary development and optimization of production processes and in implementing readiness activities.
