About the Role Engineering Project Leader to join the Drivetrain Controls System Simulation and Validation (DCSSV) organization to support Caterpillar machines with electrohydraulic brakes. This role provides project leadership and ownership for lower powertrain brake controls solutions and acts as project owner for key drivetrain control technologies. The position requires strong engineering judgment, systems-level thinking, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust drivetrain braking control solutions for electrohydraulic brakes.
- Own project scope, schedule, risk management, and technical direction for lower powertrain brake controls.
