About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Buyer Tribe in Barcelona. You will guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality software on predictable schedules while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continual improvement. You’ll drive vision, purpose, and effective communication across teams and help optimize processes. What You'll Do
- Lead engineering for a topic team to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules
- Make sure that the meetings are effective
- Coach people & the organization
- Provide vision, sense of purpose, and visibility to teams
- Implement process improvements
- Have regular one-on-ones with engineers, where you will: set expectations, provide regular feedback & keep team members accountable (conduct performance reviews)
