About the Role Moniepoint seeks an Engineering Manager to drive delivery across cross-functional teams. You will own end-to-end technical planning, translate product requirements into actionable tasks, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and UX to deliver features on time while upholding high engineering standards. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams within your product area, ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes.
- Evaluate business and product requirements for technical feasibility and architectural alignment, translating them into EPICs and technical user stories.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to continuously refine, groom, and prioritize the backlog.
