About the Role The Graph team is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core engineering teams. You will own the team's results and culture while staying close to the architecture of the systems it builds.
What You'll Do
- Own the development life cycle end-to-end, tracking progress, surfacing risks and opportunities, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure solid technical direction, partnering with senior engineers on key design decisions, while coding is no longer your primary responsibility.
- Work closely with design, product, and program management to define priorities, user experience, roadmap, and schedule.
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional engineers; mentor and grow them professionally and personally.
