We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to serve as a key operational leader within our engineering organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day development operations across multiple teams, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining technical excellence and team health.
What you'll do
- You'll be the operational backbone of our engineering organization, translating strategic vision into tactical execution. Your primary focus will be facilitating cross-team collaboration, removing blockers, and ensuring our engineering teams have everything they need to ship high-quality software efficiently. You'll manage the rhythm of development (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery) while keeping a pulse on team morale and individual growth.
