About the Role Engineering Manager, Compute Services leads the compute services engineering team at 1Password. You’ll partner with product and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable compute infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a distributed engineering team focused on compute services and platform reliability.
- Drive delivery, set priorities, and unblock impediments to meet product goals.
- Mentor engineers, foster engineering excellence, and scale teams across time zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design scalable cloud-native infrastructure. What We're Looking For
- Experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong cloud-native infrastructure knowledge (Kubernetes, container orchestration).
- Ability to drive delivery and mentor engineers.
