About the Role Airbnb is seeking an Engineering Manager for the China-based Routing and Data Services team within Community Support Engineering (CSE). This role leads the China Routing and Data Service (CRD) effort to co-own CS foundation systems with US partners and to build routing systems that efficiently connect guests and hosts to the best agent, leveraging skills-based routing. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the China Routing and Data Service team within CSE, delivering scalable routing and data services for Community Support.
- Collaborate with US partners to co-own CS foundation systems and routing platforms.
- Design, implement, and optimize routing architectures and data pipelines that connect requests to the most capable agents using skills-based routing.
- Drive system reliability, performance, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations.
