What you will do
People Leadership & Growth: Manage, coach, and grow a team of back-end engineers, including setting expectations, running performance reviews, and supporting career development, while actively recruiting new talent. Project & Delivery Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across trading, quants, and product teams. This includes owning roadmaps, risk management, prioritization, and communicating status to stakeholders. Technical Strategy & Excellence: Partner with quants and traders to define engineering roadmaps for core trading systems (OMS, algorithmic trading, analytics). Drive architecture reviews (Rust/Python) and champion best practices in software engineering (code quality, testing, observability) for high-availability crypto markets.
