Overview
We are seeking hands-on Engineering Interns to support shop operations work focused on industrial turbocharger systems. This role emphasizes real-world experience in manufacturing, mechanical systems, and continuous improvement—not a desk-only internship.
Interns will contribute to shop organization (5S), assist with turbocharger rebuild processes, and support alongside experienced technicians and engineers. This aligns with modern manufacturing internships where interns actively improve safety, efficiency, and workflow on the shop floor.

Program Structure & Responsibilities
Phase 1: Shop Organization & 5S
Conduct shop audit and implement 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Establish tool organization systems and permanent storage locations
Label inventory, toolboxes, and work areas
