Job Description
- Creating Parts Catalogues for service based on BOM, CIP (Catalogue issue plan) and CAD data
- Setting parts units for service, solving market inquiries on time, and providing solutions to the aftermarket by coordinating with R&D and NSC’s
- Negotiating parts units with the plant and suppliers
- To set the Service Parts based on Catalogue Issue Plan
- To negotiate with Plant/Supplier for the supply of Service Parts
- Handle the Market Inquiry from Customer via NSC Window person
