Key Responsibilities
- supporting AIMS: Supports the customer at the production by solving 1st level application topics
- Prepares clear, fact-based and technically structured issue descriptions for second-level HQ support, enabling effective root cause analysis and follow-up actions
- Generally, supports HQ at customer communication
- Performing/supporting final Acceptance Test Protocol of new delivered AIMS systems
- Trains customer how to use AIMS system
- Defines and documents AIMS-related application use cases
- Elaborates solution concepts together with HQ Application
- Tracks customer action items and open issues to support timely closure
- Demonstrates and roll out of released software including new functionalities for the customer
- Prepares and delivers detailed application-focused technical presentations to support sales activities
