Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de EHS para integrar nosso time e liderar a gestão de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente. O profissional será responsável por garantir a conformidade regulatória, promover uma cultura de segurança sólida e implementar programas contínuos de melhoria nas práticas ambientais e ocupacionais.
Principais responsabilidades
- Gestão de SSO: Implementar e monitorar o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs), com ênfase em NR-4 (SESMT), NR-5 (CIPA), NR-6 (EPI), NR-9 (PPRA/PCMSO), NR-12 (Segurança em Máquinas) e NR-17 (Ergonomia)
- Investigação de incidentes: Conduzir análises de causas raiz (RCA) de acidentes e desvios, propondo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos
