What You’ll Do
- The Tech 1 Pathway (Shop or Travel Tracks): If you meet our baseline technical requirements, you will start immediately as a Tech 1. You’ll choose between two paths:
- Shop Technicians: Focus heavily on in-house diagnostics, major overhauls, equipment commissioning, and preparing fleet assets for major industrial deployments.
