About the Role The Endpoint Analyst supports the organization's IT infrastructure with vulnerability management and technical support. Based in Krakow, you will identify vulnerabilities, help mitigate them, and ensure smooth business operations while improving user experience. What You'll Do
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Assist with patch management and deployment of updates for desktops, laptops, servers, and applications.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process through the timely deployment of patches for Windows and third-party applications.
- Improve user experience by addressing technical challenges and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay current on emerging vulnerabilities and provide proactive recommendations for remediation.
