About this role
About the Role We are looking for a specialized case management expert with deep experience conducting workplace investigations and two-party mediations. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze all types of employee concerns and quickly develop targeted actions that are considerate of workplace policies, the needs of our employees and their organization. Qualified candidates for this role must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume case management role. Top candidates will articulate how their critical thinking skills have allowed them to consistently navigate complex people and employment issues. What You'll Do
- Manage ELR cases within our global process involving interpersonal conflict and/or allegations of misconduct (e.g. harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, etc).
