About the Role The Employee Relations Manager (M/W/D) leads HR investigations and provides practical advisory support to leaders and employees across the EMEA region. Based at Amgen's Munich sales site, this role ensures confidential, fair handling of potential policy violations and helps leaders apply policies consistently with Amgen values. What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough, timely and objective HR investigations in the assigned EMEA countries, involving employees at all levels, while ensuring confidentiality, respect and impartiality.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee-relations topics including performance management, probation, behavioral and performance issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, reasonable workplace accommodations, and conflict management.
