About the Role The Employee & Labor Relations Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and frontline employees in a manufacturing environment, helping to foster a fair, compliant, and safe workplace. You will manage employee relations issues, support nonunion labor strategies, and partner with People & Culture and operations to resolve concerns and strengthen employee relations. What You'll Do
- Develop employee relations strategies to support proactive communication, fair practices, strong leadership, and a respectful culture.
- Coach supervisors on effective employee management, documentation, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze trends in complaints, absenteeism, turnover, and corrective actions; recommend and deploy timely interventions.
