About the Role The Employee & Labor Relations Leader - India will oversee ERLR for one of Kenvue's largest global markets, India, including two manufacturing sites and two external unions. Reporting to the ERLR Head APAC, the role partners with cross-functional stakeholders across GCC and Global R&D to implement business strategy, manage complex grievances and investigations, and ensure compliance with local laws. This is a fully onsite role based in Powai, Mumbai. What You'll Do
- Provide advice and counsel to HR and business leaders on complex employee & labor relations matters; address co-employment considerations across multiple legislations and lead on Supply Chain 3P vendor engagements.
- Proactive performance management through partnerships with BU/BUHRs for timely identification, planning and execution of performance actions.
