About the Role Seconded to Caritas Antilles in Jamaica to support the Hurricane Melissa Emergency Response, strengthening local partners' capacity to deliver high-quality emergency and early recovery programming. You will provide operational support, coordination, technical guidance, and systems strengthening to ensure alignment with localization commitments, donor requirements, and humanitarian principles. What You'll Do
- Manage and implement activities through Hurricane Melissa response: design, start-up, implementation, and close-out in line with CRS quality standards and donor requirements.
- Ensure coherence across multiple funders (CRS, IRUSA, AMBFF, CI, private foundations) and use appropriate systems and tools.
- Lead and support team dynamics and staff well-being for deployed staff in Jamaica; champion learning and MEAL data analysis.
