About the Role As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support mission-critical military communications by performing quality electronic assembly and soldering to ensure reliable field performance. You will work onsite to implement engineering changes at the board level and record activity in company systems. What You'll Do
- Solder various electronic components, wires and other parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC regulations
- Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
- Incorporate engineering changes to new and existing products at board level
- Record activity into a database
- Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications What We're Looking For
