About the Role Under the supervision of the Electric Shop Supervisor, the Electrician 1st Class tests, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, installs and wires all electrical devices and circuits in the plant, and maintains electrical equipment including motors. The role supports plant operations by ensuring electrical systems are safe, reliable, and ready to support production needs. What You'll Do
- Test, dismantle, repair, and assess electrical motors and equipment; install and wire new or replacement facilities; replace faulty parts and wiring as needed.
- Install cable, conduit, fittings, fixtures, and connections; perform routine maintenance and safety checks; participate in daily/weekly maintenance planning and reporting.
