Job Summary
The Electrical & Electronics Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving electrical and electronic systems on injection molding machines, extrusion, Pen assembling machines and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, fault diagnosis, and production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot Electrical and Electronic faults on machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Repair and maintain: Temperature controllers/PLC systems/Sensors and limit switches/Servo and hydraulic control systems/Heaters and thermocouples/Motor drives and contactors
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
