Job Type: Full time
Responsibilities
- Ensure all preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring is done to ensure 100% availability of all Electrical Equipment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively to reduce or eliminate downtime.
- Ensure completion of ISO (9001, 14001,45001 & 50001) documentation work and take lead of Audit.
- Prepare root cause analysis for machine failure and advise on preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence.
- Initiate cost savings and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.
Qualifications
- B.Eng / B.Tech or HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
- IT & Computer knowledge
