About this role
What You'll Do
- Lead Automation Design & Integration across multiple plants, including technical design and integration of automation systems.
- Develop specifications and validate system architecture for robotics, AGVs, and control systems; provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead Robotics, Ergonomics & Safety, driving implementation of advanced robotic solutions to improve efficiency and ergonomics; ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance; conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Drive System Optimization & Continuous Improvement by analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings; lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and throughput using Lean principles; develop and implement best practices for automation maintenance and operation.
