BBVA busca un Ejecutivo/a de Ventas Telefónicas en Monterrey para contactar y atraer clientes del segmento preferente, utilizando las llamadas telefónicas como principal medio de relación, con el objetivo de promover y asesorar productos y servicios bancarios y fidelizar la cartera de clientes BBVA con atención personalizada de excelente calidad.
Servicio a cliente: Asesorar a clientes preferentes vía llamadas sobre sus necesidades financieras y estrategias en productos bancarios. Incrementar la fidelización de un segmento de clientes preferentes. Ventas: Colocación de productos financieros (fondos de inversión, tarjetas de crédito, crédito al consumo, seguros, efectivo inmediato, crédito auto y crédito hipotecario).
