Responsabilidades y funciones:
Impulsar la apertura de nuevas cuentas y promover tarjetas de crédito y seguros.
Realizar seguimiento proactivo del cliente asegurando su satisfacción y resolviendo dudas y problemas.
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para fomentar la lealtad y maximizar oportunidades de ventas.
Mantenerse informado sobre las novedades de productos y servicios, así como del material promocional actualizado para la sucursal.
Realizar actividades de control sobre expedientes, cuentas y operaciones bancarias.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas (Pasante o titulado).
Experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente.
Enfoque en resultados y habilidades de negociación.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
