About this role
Responsibilities
- Lead the site's Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Response programs, serving as the designated Site Security Officer and coordinating emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
- Promote a strong EHSS culture by providing coaching, communication, and engagement that reinforce safe and secure work practices across the site.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHSS policies, procedures, standards, and training programs, ensuring employee competency and ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, corporate EHSS requirements, and applicable Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, while maintaining effective site systems and programs.
- Lead and facilitate incident investigations, including root cause and human factors analyses, ensuring corrective actions are identified, implemented, and closed in a timely manner.
