About the Role The EHS Senior Specialist serves as an experienced individual contributor responsible for leading complex Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) initiatives that support divisional compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role partners with leaders and employees to drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance environmental stewardship and sustainability objectives. It also involves analyzing performance data and trends and implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies to enhance facility performance.

- Identify common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establish guidelines for protection
