- Estrategia y Sistema de Gestión: Diseñar, implementar y mantener el Sistema de Gestión EHS&S alineado con normativas colombianas y políticas corporativas. Establecer estrategias anuales, KPIs y planes de acción para mejorar desempeño en seguridad, salud y sostenibilidad.
- Operación y Cumplimiento: Garantizar el cumplimiento legal en permisos ambientales, reportes regulatorios y requerimientos del EHS&S Liderar la identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y definición de controles operativos. Asegurar condiciones de trabajo seguras en todas las áreas productivas.
- Cultura y Entrenamiento: Desarrollar programas de formación en seguridad, ambiente, ergonomía y respuesta a emergencias. Fomentar cultura de prevención, orden y limpieza (5S), y comportamientos seguros.
