About the Role Develop, organize, administer, and maintain Sika's Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) program to minimize incidents and injuries while ensuring regulatory compliance and business efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Act as the authority in all areas of Environmental, Health & Safety, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene.
- Coach leadership on safe behaviors, conditions, and techniques for improved safety culture.
- Develops, implements, and ensures that training in all areas of EH&S is maintained.
- Complete and review Job Hazard/Safety Analyses (JHA/JSA) for all facility jobs/work tasks.
- Lead Lean Safety Gemba daily to review hazards in given production areas.
- Ensure leadership team and supervisors enter safety hazards into Sphera (EHS Management System).
