About the Role Lead EHS and facility management programs at our Tianjin site to ensure regulatory compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and continuously improve EHS and facilities performance to support manufacturing operations. What You'll Do
- Lead and implement EHS programs in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards
- Manage environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and maintain strong relationships with government authorities
- Drive risk identification, hazard analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using ISO standards and DBS tools
- Oversee chemical management, hazardous waste control, and workplace safety programs
- Manage incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness programs
- Ensure effective facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and site services
