About the Role Als EHS Lead übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt-Compliance und operativer Exzellenz am Standort Bremen. Sie treiben eine nachhaltige Sicherheitskultur voran, unterstützen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen und fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Audits, Inspektionen, Behörden sowie externe Dienstleister.
What You'll Do
- Verantwortung für Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards (EHS) am Standort
- Förderung einer proaktiven Sicherheitskultur durch Beratung, Schulungen und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, behördlicher und interner EHS-Anforderungen
- Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Unterstützung bei Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
