About the Role The EHS Engineer manages Environment, Health & Safety operations for Teradyne Korea, ensuring compliance with Korean EHS regulations and global standards. This role acts as the primary EHS focal point, overseeing risk management, contractor safety, and site EHS activities. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA) and Teradyne global EHS standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations with corrective action follow‑up.
- Manage mandatory EHS training and promote a strong safety culture.
- Oversee contractor and high‑risk work safety activities.
- Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections.
- Manage environmental compliance, including hazardous materials and waste disposal.
