About the Role Join Dura-Line, an Orbia business, as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the Sandersville, GA plant. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational efficiency across manufacturing processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Head initiatives to improve plant operational efficiency using Lean methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM, Kaizen).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional processes and productivity improvement aligned with plant objectives.
- Utilize project management structures to implement improvements, monitor progress, assess plans, resources, risk, and metrics.
- Communicate progress and issues; deliver metric reporting and presentations.
- Demonstrate leadership as a change agent; mentor staff; provide Lean Six Sigma training. What We're Looking For
