About the Role The Dry Etch Process Engineer will develop, own, and sustain the Dry Etch process and related manufacturing processes in coordination with process development and manufacturing partners to ensure high process capability for a high-volume silicon carbide wafer fabrication environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and sustain the Dry Etch process area (or part thereof) as part of a 24x7 High Volume Silicon Carbide Wafer Fab, collaborating with other engineers and technicians.
- Respond to process deviations in a timely and systematic manner; document findings and present succinctly to a wide audience.
- Perform process and capability studies to identify, monitor, and control key parameters.
- Analyze data using statistical methods to drive process, efficiency, and quality improvements.
